Meet our Chef

Chef Robyn Maley was born and raised in East Stroudsburg. She attended a summer program at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and received her degree from the IUP Academy of Culinary Arts, following an intensive externship at the Grand Canyon National Park.  After working at the Cleveland Marriott East, Robyn returned to the Poconos and has worked in a wide range of venues. She has experience in high-volume institutional and recreational establishments as well as those with more intimate and up-scale settings. Robyn frequently draws culinary inspiration from her travels in the U.S., Europe and the Caribbean.  Highlights of her career include a televised cook-off with nationally-recognized Chef Robert Irvine as well as interest segments on local TV.
